Diva Tiny Harris is taking a stand and is calling for an investigation into a violent incident that took place in Hazle Township in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
A group of students was caught in a nasty brawl at the Hazleton Area High School on Monday.
Videos of the fight went viral because they also showed an African-American student being forcibly restrained by many school police and resource officers.
The district’s superintendent is defending the use of force by saying it “is part of the officers’ training to de-escalate the situation.”
T.I.’s wife said she hopes the girl files a lawsuit and added: “Thank for sharing @yandysmith this is all kinds of wrong! What the hell dis she do for you to snatch her by her hair after pinning her down on the table. Unacceptable! He needs to be fired, sued & his ass beat for this shit fr fr! Something really has to be done about this kind of behavior from our so-called ppl put in a position to help & protect & serve!! Period!!!!!”

The 8th Amendment of the Constitution states: ‘Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.’ The amendment is meant to safeguard Americans against excessive punishments especially our babies!
