Philippa Hanna is a British singer songwriter who has released four studio albums and will be performing alongside Little Mix during the European leg of their world tour.

This includes the rescheduled date in Belfast on July 2nd and their performances in Cork. The March 31st instalment of Little Mix’s Get Weird Tour in Belfast was cancelled just hours before the matinee show was due to begin due to Jesy Nelson coming down with a sudden illness, making her unable to perform the two shows in the city.

Hanna is regarded as one of the most popular names in UK gospel, with her most common musical style fitting in the contemporary Christian genre. Her style is certainly different from the likes of JAGMAC and Nathan Sykes who also played a part of this tour, but perhaps that is what makes the Get Weird Tour so special!

Previously, Philippa has opened for other talent show alumni including Rebecca Ferguson and Collabro and also the likes of Wet Wet Wet, Leona Lewis and Lionel Richie.

Her song writing credits have been found on tracks by Janet Devlin and Craig Colton and through her music she aims to inspire young people and offer a boost of self-confidence for those who need it. She is also an advocate for Compassion International, a children’s charity who’s aim is to eliminate child poverty worldwide.
