Cignature released its debut extended play titled Listen and Speak on September 22, 2020, and its tracklist included Nun Nu Nan Na, Daldalhae, Assa, HingHing, and Arisong. The EP peaked at #21 on the Gaon Album Chart.

On June 14, 2021, Dohee was announced as a member of Cignature.
